Contract Repository

Essential contract details including parties, financial details, and categorisations are available for each contract in contracts-NOW. We make data entry easy by giving you a spreadsheet that you can populate, that easily imports into your account. You can also export your data for backup at any-time, we’ll prompt you after each session.

Supplier or Customer Repository

The details of contracting parties are stored linked to any contracts that they are party to. If a supplier performs more than one contract, just link them again, there’s no need to enter anything twice. It’s easy to access supplier or customer details directly from a contract, or reference notes, milestones, and even agreements, and other documents for that matter.

Milestones and Notifications

Contracts-NOW milestones are categorized in to different types of activities, because deliverables, meetings, obligations, renewals, reviews, and expiries are all different types of commercial events. Each type of milestones allows you to define template email notification parameters in advance, ensuring that each different type is treated differently by contracts-NOW. We’ll send you reminders via email as your milestones approach. Email notifications can go to multiple recipients, and you don’t have to be a contracts-NOW user to receive them.

Notes

Contracts-NOW gives you the power to track file notes that otherwise would be in hard copy or dispersed across other disparate desktop systems. You can retrieve notes stored against contracts as they are needed.

Document Repository

Contracts-NOW holds your agreements and other documents for easy access when you need them. So upload your agreements in the contracts-NOW central repository. Documents are stored securely and can be retrieved as required by any of your staff with a contracts-NOW user connected to your account.

Flexible Reporting

Contracts-NOW reports are fed directly into a spreadsheet to allow you to manipulate the data in any way you like. All system fields can be reported upon, and we give you the choice of many standard reporting templates to get you started.
