contracts-ESSENTIALS customers can purchase a contracts-ESSENTIALS 12 month support contract to receive new releases and help desk support. contracts-ESSENTIALS Support customers gain access to the Support Ticket system for priority assistance using contracts-ESSENTIALS. contracts-ESSENTIALS 12 month support contracts are priced at 20% of your contracts-ESSENTIALS license per annum.
