Open Windows has extended its clear leadership in the cloud space on top of its dominance in the Australian Local Government Contract Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market.

The first to take the Australian public sector client to an ISV application in the Azure Cloud in 2010, Open Windows followed up by deploying its flagship product Open Windows CONTRACTS, to a division of a large telecommunications organisation on Windows Azure, as well as launching innovations on the newly released Microsoft Slate platform.

Open Windows is proud to introduce the CONTRACTS CLOUD platform for Australian Local Government, breaking down the price barrier for achieving effective contract and project governance in local government.

With over 50 Australian Local Governments already using Open Windows CONTRACTS, the CONTRACTS CLOUD now allows these organisations to consume as much or as little as they want. As a result, eliminating the need for internal IT support, expanding options, and drastically lowering the cost of entry.

As well as existing products, Open Windows is bringing two new products to Australian Local Government, the eTENDER WINDOW and the SUPPLIER WINDOW. Both portals will be available from day one as a multi-tenant, low cost service, wrapped in the CONTRACTS CLOUD.

The eTENDER WINDOW in Azure, allows organisations to run a full sourcing process, from inception through secure electronic submissions, to evaluation and award, in one end-to-end platform, drastically reducing the data entry required for such processes.

The SUPPLIER WINDOW in Azure, engages suppliers directly through the Open Windows platform reducing workload for local council staff, who currently manually update details and gather compliance information from suppliers.
